This is a 1936 certified copy of the Registration of Marriage for Henry Leatherberry and Etta W Carpenter. Included are names of both sets of parents, witnesses, official and county filing information. Attached is the Richland County, WI Registrar's certification.

Certified copy of an entry of Birth in the Wells District, Glastonbury, Somerset County, England. Samuel Frank PAYNE, born 2/1/1869, parents Stephen Payne and Caroline Payne. Has a postage revenue stamp attached. Issued 2/15/1923, perhaps to immigrate to the US?

Albert Clossen and Sarah H Williams, Hamilton County, NE. Signed by Justice of the Peace J N Brock and witnesses Frank and Henryette Wright. In very good condition, ornate.
WC108 1932 Sheriff's Deed, Judgement Charles Cole, Libbie A Perry, Lorain Co, OH
This wonderful document is 22 inches long and chronicles the suit of Charles J Cole in which he won a judgement against Libbie A Perry. It describes the money and land involved, the Sheriff's seizure notice, newspaper of publication, and transfers ownership to Cole - all in one remarkable document. Very good condition with original folds.
WC109 1866, Certified Marriage Certificate, Walter F Becknell and Rebecca Thomas
Peter Myers, a Justice for the Borough of Gettysburg, Adams County, PA, certifies that he married Walter and Rebecca. The documetn is hand-written and includes a Revenue Stamp. A blue rubber stamped mark at the bottom reads "U S Pension Office" and is date-stamped in 1906. Very good condition with original folds. A great piece of family history that might lead to more military documentation.

MEM101 GEORGE HANAWALT GATHERING SOUVENIR
Wonderful 8x11 sheet folded to make 4 pages. Records a family gathering at the home of George HANAWALT, June 4, 1894. Front cover has a picture of George and back cover has a picture of the family's church, Spring Run Meeting House, near McVeytown, Mifflin County, PA. Inside is a delightful poem that lists children, spouses, some grandchildren. Reference to what appears to be three wives. $5.00 plus 65 cents postage, optional insurance. Original sold. Ask about a high quality digital copy.
MEM102 MORRE EPSTEIN FAMILY COLLECTION
What a remarkable collection to be lost to its owners! This packet has information on Morre EPSTEIN (born Russia), his wife Gussie LUTWAK (born Russia), Morre's parents Sholem Issa EPSTEIN and Mary Blume KALIKOFSKY (both Russia), son Mervin, daughter Ellen GOTTLEIB, brothers Sol, Max, and Harry, and sister Bessie HYMAN. Also, original Social Security Card, American Legion membership cards, a copy of Morre and Gussie's marriage certificate, 3 certified death certificates for Morre, his original Naturalization, his newspaper obituary, a document that appears to be in Hebrew, several school report cards for their son Mervin, and a fascinating collection of self-recorded phonograph records made through the Red Cross while Mervin was in the military. Morre was a wholesale produce merchant in North Hollywood.
MEM103 R R FILLBRANDT, WASHINGTON EVANGELICAL CHURCH
Mimeographed church letter for "Lenten Meditations, 1928." Reverend R R FILLBRANDT provides a schedule of service topics, with both English and German services. He urges assistance in raising $5,000 to rebuild the church. His signature is at the bottom. Washington Evangelical Church, Cincinnati, Ohio, possibly Camp Washington.

Small handbook published 1910 in London, hardback, part of the "Pocket Genealogy" collection. This book deciphers the early coding system on English Naval lists, originally in the PRO or KEW. Rare genealogy aid that lists for up to $32 in internet bookstores. In very good condition with only minor scuffing to cover edges. Bottom of pages is a charming, rustic cut. Pages are a textured paper.
